Today, 12th May, RURUTIA (ルルティア) officially announced her retirement from the music industry. Her social media profiles will be closed on 31st December 2024.
The singer shared on Instagram that she is embarking on a new professional journey and that her music activities are not compatible with her daily activities anymore. Although she recently celebrated her 22nd anniversary, RURUTIA reassured fans that she decided to retire “with a sense of peace and tranquillity”.
Since our first opening in 2006 with the .net dominion, TokyoNoise has always shared articles about RURUTIA’s music and activities: recently, we talked about her return in 2020; we followed her on her new social media profiles; we interviewed her and we celebrated with her, last year, her 22nd anniversary.
Our staff wishes her the best for her new career and we thank her for these amazing years of music!
