In the last few days, Koda Kumi announced the beginning of her new anniversary celebration, moving from her 20th to her 21st anniversary.
Here are all the news for the following months:
“KODA KUMI 20TH→21ST ANNIVERSARY EVENT”
Koda Kumi debuted on 6th December 2000 with her single “TAKE BACK”. To celebrate her anniversary, the singer has been organizing special events in the past few years.
This year, the special event is called “KODA KUMI 20TH→21ST ANNIVERSARY EVENT” and it includes four concerts:
- one on 3rd December at Zepp Tokyo;
- two on 4th December at Zepp Tokyo;
- one on 6th December at Zepp Tokyo.

“BEST ~2000-2020~”
To conclude her 20th anniversary celebration, Koda Kumi announced the release of a new best album, called “BEST ~2000-2020~”. The best will include a new version of the hit “Cutie Honey”, called “Cutie Honey BEST ~2000-2020~ ver.“.
There are two editions:
- regular edition 3CD+DVD;
- fanclub and mu-mo shop limited edition 8CD+3Bluray.
The covers are inspired by her second and fifth best album, called “BEST ~second session~” e “BEST ~third universe~“.

3 consecutive digital singles
The last news is about Koda Kumi’s second digital single project, following her first summer trilogy.
Starting from this month, the singer will release three consecutive digital singles.
“Cutie Honey BEST ~ 2000-2020~ ver.“
The new version of “Cutie Honey”, called “Cutie Honey BEST ~2000-2020~ ver.” (キューティーハニー BEST～2000-2020～ ver.), will be available on 25th October.
“4 MORE”
A medium dance track called “4MORE” will be released on 15th November.
“100 no Kodoku Tachi e”
The last digital single, called “100 no Kodoku Tachi e” (100のコドク達へ), will be out on 6th December, day of her anniversary.
