“The Wave feat. Furui Riho” è una canzone R&B calma e ritmata, prodotta da un produttore giapponese R&B rinomato, Shing.S; il video è stato diretto dall’ideatore di beat/rapper/regista di video Jazadocument.
“The Wave” parla di continuare ad avere fede nei propri sogni e nelle proprie passioni, il che necessita una grande pazienza. Dobbiamo sempre essere pronti per [nuove] opportunità, indipendentemente da ciò che gli altri potrebbero dire, poiché una nuova segno potrebbe arrivare in momenti inaspettati.
“Quando stavamo scrivendo la canzone, ci siamo ricordate di quando ci siamo ritrovate due anni prima. Al bar dei miei amici, abbiamo parlato delle nostre carriere musicali, delle esperienze di vita, delle relazioni, e tutto il resto.” racconta aimi come aneddoto. “Ai tempi, facevamo fatica a credere in noi stesse e affermare il nostro nome. Tutto quello che avevamo erano sogni. E l’un l’altra. Ma ora ho capito che questo è tutto quello di cui avevo bisogno.”

“The Wave feat. Furui Riho” is a chilled, groovin’ R&B tune produced by a well-known Japanese R&B producer, Shingo.S, and the video was directed by a beat-maker/rapper/video director, Jazadocument.
“The Wave” is about keeping faith in your dreams and passions which requires great patience. We have to always keep our heads up for opportunities, no matter what others may say because great wave can come in unexpected moments.
“When we were writing the song, we remembered how we reunited with each other 2 years ago. At my friendʼs bar, we talked about our music careers, life experiences, relationships, and all the rest.” aimi told a backstory. “Back then, we were struggling to believe in ourselves and get our names out there. All we had were dreams. And each other. But now I came to realize thatʼs all I really needed to come this far.”
